Who You're Supporting

Donations like yours support the everyday lives of those living with or vulnerable to HIV. This comes in a number of forms through a variety of our programs, from food to transport to much needed medical care and beyond.

Trellis HIV and Community Care (Formerly HARS) will always strive to support those in Kingston get the service they need and deserve with respect and dignity.

Food Should Be a Right, Not a Privilege.

Our Breakfast program, supported by generous donations from Burnbrae Farms and Egg Farmers of Ontario Zone 9, hands out hundreds of meals every month to our community members.

No one should go hungry, and we are so grateful to be able to offer fresh food to our community.

Where There's a Wish, There's a Way

Do you ever wonder where exactly your dollar goes to? Would you like to know your direct impact? Our Amazon Wishlist is a great way to see some of the materials we hand out to our clients, what they are in need of right now, and support by buying needed supplies.

These includes clothing, water bottles, hand warmers in winter, blankets, and beyond. This list is curated by frontline staff and informed by the folks who are in need.
