Overdose Awareness Day Vigil

August 31st International Overdose Awareness Day Vigil at Trellis HIV and Community Care from 1-4 pm at 844a Princess St., Kingston, ON. K7L 1G5.
Starting at 1, we will hold a candle light vigil for those we’ve lost, as well as hear from speakers and hold a BBQ. This is a free community event, all are welcome.
Our itinerary is as follows…
- 1-1:45: Speakers from Mothers Stop the Harm
- 1:45-2:15: We will speak the names of those who have passed this last year to overdose.
- 2:15-2:30: Performance by local musician.
- 2:30-3:30: BBQ
- 3:30-4:00: Wrap Up with speaker Justine McIsaac.
