TALK Series: HIV and Sexually Transmitted Diseases with Brad Dies

This presentation explores HIV and sexually transmitted infections (STIs) with a focus on gay, bisexual, and trans men who have sex with men. It highlights current trends, key risk and protective factors, and the social and structural contexts that shape sexual health, including stigma, access to care, and discrimination. The presentation also emphasizes prevention strategies such as testing, treatment, PrEP, and harm reduction, while centering community resilience, lived experience, and affirming, sex‑positive approaches to care. The goal is to support informed choices, reduce stigma, and promote equitable, community‑led sexual health outcomes.
